Import your BrickLink and BrickStore lists

Highlights

  • Add items now reads BrickLink and BrickStore files and spreadsheets, with their prices, conditions and colors. Importing is part of Pro (2,000 items at a time) and the free trial (250 at a time, 1,000 in all).
  • Sell on BrickLink? Connect your store under My Account › BrickLink to fetch prices on your own BrickLink allowance.
  • Export a session to several marketplaces at once and download them together in one zip.

Enhancements

  • On Pro and trial plans, old prices in an open session refresh on their own on quieter days, so the Refresh prices button is gone.
  • Bulk scan finds more figures: dark ones on dark backgrounds, figures laid touching, and figures on wood-grain tables or along a photo's edge.
  • Bulk scan now prices up to 500 items a day, up from 150, before new photos wait until midnight UTC.
  • The full scan card compares New and Used prices, whatever the item's condition.
  • VueBrick updates itself when you come back after a break, never during a session.
  • Sign out now signs out this device only. Sign out everywhere is under Settings › Security.

Bug fixes

  • Speed mode takes the picture on its own again, at every Scan speed.
  • The bottom menu no longer floats mid-screen when you switch a result's tabs in the iPhone app.
  • Edit defaults on the export sheet from Session Details now opens on top.
1.28.0

Prices that follow your condition

Highlights

  • Result cards now price the condition you've set, from your Price Source. Expand a card to add that condition's other price, and switch condition to see the other one's prices.
  • Tap an item's picture on a result card or in your session to see it larger, with a View on BrickLink button underneath.

Enhancements

  • The Market tab says whether its trend, sales and listings are for New or Used.
  • A minifig's part-out prices load when you open its Parts tab, and a set's minifig values when you open its Minifigs tab.
  • Every result opens compact, and the arrow in its corner expands it. The Default view setting is gone.
  • Part results no longer have a Sets tab.
  • In a session that takes every kind of item, Add items finds a number in the right catalog even if you picked another, so a minifig number added under Parts goes in as that minifig.
  • A release newer than our catalog shows without its name or picture until the next weekly catalog update. Its price still loads.
1.27.0

Find parts however you type them

Highlights

  • Catalog search finds the same parts whether you type "brick 2x4", "brick2x4" or "brick 2 x 4". Names written either way, like "4x4 Fire Truck" and "4 x 4 Crawler", both show up.
  • The free trial now includes a daily allowance of live BrickLink prices. Once it's used, price cards say what time live prices come back, and subscribing to Pro lifts the limit.

Enhancements

  • Adding a list of item numbers now stops once 10 in a row aren't found, so a list added as the wrong item type doesn't run to the end. The numbers it skipped are listed under "Not checked".
  • When live prices run out partway through adding a list, Add items says how many items were added without a live price and when prices come back.

Bug fixes

  • Books and gear on a Sets tab now show their own picture and open the right BrickLink page.
  • Collectible minifigure boxes no longer show a Minifigs tab or a part-out value that compared the figure with its own box. Tap the included minifig to open its card.
1.26.0

Scan a whole lot in one photo

Highlights

  • Bulk scan (Pro): pick Bulk in the camera's mode switch, then take or upload one photo of a lot of minifigures, parts or sets, and each item is boxed, identified and priced. Each photo takes up to 50 items, and once you've priced 150 in a day, new photos wait until midnight UTC.
  • Catalog search now finds BrickLink Gear, like pencil cases, keychains and magnets. Pick Gear to see only Gear, and tap a result for its New and Used prices.
  • Tap a set or minifigure on a result's Sets tab to open it in VueBrick and add it to your session. Scanned a loose head? Open the figure it belongs to and add the whole minifigure.

Enhancements

  • Choose Minifigure lists the figures that share the most parts with yours first, and says what they share, like "Same torso and legs".
  • Parts made in only one color, like printed heads, are added in that color from search or by ID, so they're priced right. A locked color still wins.

Bug fixes

  • Set piece counts no longer include spare parts and counterparts, so they match BrickLink and price per piece is correct.
  • Parts in catalog search show their picture instead of "Missing image".
  • A part's Sets tab no longer comes up empty after you add it from search or by ID.
  • Catalog search no longer fails on the first search after a quiet spell.
1.25.0

Retired sets, Gear lookup and faster results

Highlights

  • Set results now say Retired beside the release year, once Brickset confirms the set has retired.
  • Expanded set results show a Set data section with the set's theme, release year and piece count.
  • Quick Scan's Search by ID now finds BrickLink Gear, like keychains and magnets. Enter its BrickLink number to see the item and its New and Used prices.
  • Change a part's color from Activity or Multi Scan review: tap its color to pick another, and its price updates.
  • Free accounts now share a daily allowance of live BrickLink prices. When it runs out, a result shows "Live price back later", and items you've already looked up keep their prices. Pro has its own allowance.

Enhancements

  • Continuing a session no longer re-prices every item. Activity shows how old your prices are, and Refresh prices updates anything priced more than 6 hours ago.
  • Quick Scan results are faster.
  • Pick Single or Multi Scan from one switch above the camera's shutter.
  • Multi Scan picks up each part's color the way a single scan does. Lock the working color to give every part the same one.
  • Multi Scan review shows a running total, and Set all: New or Used changes every row at once. Tap Used again to step down through the grades.
  • Tap a result's picture to enlarge it, then View on BrickLink to open its BrickLink page.

Bug fixes

  • Multi Scan review now prices each item from your Price Source setting, so it matches what's saved.
  • Buttons along the bottom of the installed app now clear the iPhone's home indicator and rounded corners.
  • In a long Multi Scan review, the last item no longer hides behind the notes above the Add button.
  • Color names on light chips like Tan and Light Bluish Gray are easier to read.
  • If the top of the installed app shows a blur behind the clock, remove VueBrick from your home screen and add it again.
1.24.0

One session for parts, minifigures and sets

Highlights

  • One session now takes parts, minifigures and sets in any order, each with its own result, price and condition. To scan a run of one kind, pick it from the Identify menu on the camera.
  • Scan results are easier to read, with the price, a New and Used price table and key market signals up front, and more detail one tab away.

Enhancements

  • The home screen has a fresh look, with a card to pick your last session back up and Quick Scan, Session and CMF Scan side by side.
  • Tap a price in a result's table to switch between Current and 6mo sold.
  • Sets get a Swap button for picking another match, and tapping one of a part's other colors switches to it.
  • Tap a result's bigger image to see it full screen instead of opening BrickLink.
  • Add items by ID can mix parts, minifigures and sets: start each line with P, M or S, or upload a BrickLink XML file.
  • WhatNot exports give minifigures, sets and parts their own Sub Category, set under Export defaults › WhatNot.
  • Sets now start at New - In Box and no longer offer New without original packaging.
  • The iPhone install guide now matches Safari's current steps.

Bug fixes

  • Multi Scan review now prices parts in your working color, so it matches the price that's saved.
  • Brackets and other symbols in item names no longer show up as codes.
  • Minifigure and set results offer Try again when live pricing fails.
  • An account that's lost access now gets a clear explanation and a way to contact support.
1.23.0

Set your own prices

Highlights

  • Set your own price on any item: tap the price on a scan result or a Multi Scan review row, or open the item from Activity. It counts in totals and exports with a Custom tag, and goes back to the suggested price if you change the condition or tap Use suggested.
  • Continuing a session after a day or more now refreshes its prices to the latest market values.

Enhancements

  • Scan an item that's already in your session and tap Add another to count it in the same row, with every copy at the latest price.
  • Changing your pricing market now applies from your next session, so a session never mixes currencies. Continuing on another device keeps the market the session started in.
  • Whole yen and won prices now show without decimals.
  • Signing up from vuebrick.com opens straight on Create account, which makes clear it's free with no card needed.
  • vuebrick.com has new help articles on scan speed, setting your own price, scanning the same item twice, subscriptions and referrals.
  • There's a new CMF Scanner page on vuebrick.com, under Free Tools in the menu.
  • Links to vuebrick.com now show a preview image and the right page title when shared.

Bug fixes

  • A set or minifig scanned again on another day no longer shows up as a separate item.
  • Exports now use the same price as your session totals for parts saved with an older condition grade.
  • The keyboard no longer pops up behind the Session paused card when you come back to the app.
1.22.0

BrickStore export and condition pricing for Parts

Highlights

  • Parts sessions now price each part at its condition, like Sets and Minifigures, so the end screen shows your Used and New split plus Gross, fees and Net. Parts sessions already in History keep their saved totals.
  • Export a session as a BrickStore (.bsx) file, with quantities, colors, condition, prices and currency carried over.
  • Friends can now type your referral code under Referrals, handy where links aren't allowed, like Whatnot messages.

Enhancements

  • The end-of-session summary is simpler, and a new Value / hour tile shows your Net total per hour of active time.
  • Activity's total now counts everything you've scanned at the condition you picked, even before it's in inventory.
  • Select items in Activity to see what they're worth together.
  • Press and hold any row in Activity to select everything your search and filter show.
  • Scanning a loose torso, head or legs in a Minifigures session now finds its minifig when the part belongs to only one figure.
  • You'll get an email when a friend's subscription earns you a free month, saying where it went, like your new next payment date.
  • A dot on Referrals in the menu shows when there's new referral activity, like a friend joining, until you open Activity.

Bug fixes

  • Subscribe no longer fails with "Billing is having trouble" while you have free Pro months.
  • Free Pro months now show their real end date.
  • Scans no longer land in a different session you'd left open in another tab or on another device.
  • A part in a Minifigures session, or a minifig in a Parts session, now gets a price instead of showing none.
1.21.0

New export options and profit after fees

Highlights

  • Export a session to Shopify, Facebook Marketplace or WooCommerce. Set your vendor, tags, category and listing status once under Export defaults.
  • Minifigure, set and CMF sessions now show estimated fees and a Net Total from your fee profile, so profit is counted after fees. Sessions saved before this update still show profit before fees.
  • In Multi Scan review, tap a minifigure's picture to compare your scan with its catalog match up close. Wrong variant? Tap Swap match to pick the right one.

Enhancements

  • Scan rate is now a Scan speed slider under Settings → Camera, with a new Relaxed stop that waits for a steadier hold before Rapid capture fires. Your current choice carries over.
  • Scanning a Collectible Minifigure shows its complete version, with stand and accessories, plus its set price. Tap it to view the complete set; your scanned figure stays as it is.
  • The menu shows your Pro trial and how many days are left, right under your name.
  • Password fields have a show/hide button so you can check what you typed.
  • Creating an account now has its own button on the sign-in screen.
  • The app opens faster, since it downloads less up front.

Bug fixes

  • Signing in no longer asks you to accept the Terms every time.
  • If your account can't load, you get a Try again button instead of an invite code screen.
  • Minifigures and sets with no known release year no longer show "0" as their year.
1.20.0

VueBrick Pro and a 14-day free trial

Highlights

  • VueBrick is open to everyone. Sign up at vuebrick.com, and every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro, no card needed.
  • VueBrick Pro is here: $24.99 a month or $249 a year, and checkout opens right inside the app.
  • Founding Member pricing for the first 50 subscribers: $19.99 a month or $199 a year, kept for as long as your subscription stays active. The offer closes when the spots run out or 60 days after launch, whichever comes first.
  • Quick Scan and live CMF Scanner identification stay free. Parts, Minifigures and Sets sessions, Weekly Stats, Analytics, Activity, Speed mode, Multi Scan and saving CMF scans are Pro, and each one is marked so you know before you tap.
  • Invite friends from the Referrals screen and earn a free month of Pro for each friend who subscribes. You can redeem promo codes there too.

Enhancements

  • Manage Subscription in the main menu lets you switch between monthly and annual, cancel or resume, update your card and see your invoices without leaving the app.
  • When your trial ends, everything you made is kept safe and unlocks the moment you subscribe.
  • You'll get an email three days before your trial ends and a short note when it has ended. Each one has an unsubscribe link.
  • New accounts can tick an optional box at sign-up to get VueBrick news and tips by email. It's unchecked unless you tick it.
  • Listing photos are now kept 7 days on Free and 90 days with Pro, counted from upload. Photo settings show when each photo expires.
  • We've updated the Terms of Service with subscription, trial, refund and Founding Member details. You'll be asked to accept them once, the next time you sign in.

Bug fixes

  • Signing out no longer ends your session. An unfinished one stays In Progress and picks up where you left off when you sign back in, on any device.
  • Menu screens open without the scanner flashing behind them the first time.
  • Error messages stay on screen long enough to read, and hold still while you point at them.
1.19.2

Safer account switching and settings that follow you

Enhancements

  • Your settings, History labels and recent catalog searches now stay with your account and come back when you sign in again, on any device.
  • After this update, a few settings that used to be saved only on your device reset once, including your Fee Breakdown marketplace, Export defaults and Session value rounding. Set them again and they'll stay with you from now on.
  • If you sign out while some work hasn't finished saving, VueBrick asks before signing you out.
  • Searching the catalog for an exact BrickLink number, like sw0001, lists that item and its variants without unrelated look-alike sets.

Bug fixes

  • Signing out now removes your account's data from the device, so someone signing in next on a shared device never sees your unfinished session, settings or recent searches.
  • Tapping a confirmation link that was already used or has expired now opens Sign in with a short note, instead of the Create account form.
  • With Reduce motion turned on, opening a screen from the menu no longer flashes the scan screen first.
  • Your profile photo in the menu shows your initial while it loads, instead of an empty circle.
  • Minifigure pictures in catalog search load again instead of showing a broken image.
1.19.1

Clearer offline messages and a steadier sign-in

Enhancements

  • Lose your connection and a small "You're offline" note now sits above the bottom menu instead of covering it. Your changes save once you're back online.
  • Batch actions in Activity now confirm what they did, like "12 items marked sellable", and clear your selection.
  • The Swap button now shows on Parts results in the compact view too, whenever a scan finds other possible matches.
  • The Wrong Session Type prompt explains the switch in one short paragraph, and anything you'd lose stands out as a warning.

Bug fixes

  • A scan or ID lookup that fails while you're offline now says there's no connection, instead of showing a technical error.
  • When a scan isn't recognized, the "not recognized" screen replaces the item you were looking at, and the notice no longer follows you to other Activity items.
  • Signing in with Google shows one steady loading screen instead of flashing through several screens first.
  • Activity rows waiting on a price show the same soft shimmer as scan results, instead of a dark block.
1.19.0

A new website, My Account, and a smarter CMF Scanner

Highlights

  • vuebrick.com has a whole new look, with a homepage that walks through a session from scan to export and new Features, Free Tools, Pricing, and About pages.
  • Meet My Account: tap your name at the top of the menu for Profile, Security, and Data & Privacy. Change your password from Security, and find Download my data and Delete account under Data & Privacy.
  • The CMF Scanner has a new Identify button: turn it on to see what's on a shelf without staging anything for review.

Enhancements

  • CMF Scanner reads a box anywhere in the viewfinder, shows the first result sooner, and sizes each picture to its box so a shelf stays easy to read from a step back.
  • CMF Scanner now knows Shrek boxes from Europe and Mighty Machines boxes from North America.
  • WhatNot exports keep the full LEGO item number in the title and SKU, and use WhatNot's current import values so rows aren't rejected.
  • New WhatNot Title style setting lists a minifigure by its character name, like "Wolfpack Beastmaster (cas1234)", or by its full catalog name. Your shipping profile can also be one of your own WhatNot profiles.
  • Seller Tools opens with a Whatnot invite banner. Sign up as a seller through it and you can earn a bonus of up to $150 in your first week.
  • Found a set while scanning minifigures? Add it from catalog search and VueBrick opens the right kind of session, saving the current one under In Progress.
  • Multi Scan review counts everything you scan as sellable, so the tick box is gone. Swipe a row away if it shouldn't be there.
  • Condition names are shorter: New, New - In Box, and New - Damaged Box. The minifigure scanner drops the boxed options, which never fit a loose figure.
  • Replay onboarding in Profile settings brings the guided tours back.
  • When an update is essential, VueBrick asks you to restart once you've finished scanning, and keeps your open session under In Progress. Ordinary updates can still be dismissed.
  • Screen readers now announce every switch in Session Settings and Export Settings.

Bug fixes

  • Speed mode takes the photo by itself again on a well-framed part.
  • Swiping down on a result after tapping Share no longer drags the whole app with it.
  • Tapping a field on the sign-in and create-account screens no longer zooms in on iPhone.
1.18.0

A new logo, a better iPad, and quicker tasks

Highlights

  • VueBrick has a new logo. The i in vuebrick is now dotted with a brick, and you'll see it in the app, on the website, and in our emails.
  • VueBrick now uses the whole screen on an iPad: wider panels and sheets, Weekly Stats across one row, and a full-screen camera just like on your phone.
  • Tasks are quicker to manage. Tap a task's title or due date to change it right in the list, swipe left to delete it, and see what's coming up on the home screen under Weekly Stats, with a progress bar.
  • Catalog search comes to sessions. Find items by name or BrickLink number, typos included, and add them straight to your session. Minifigures are searchable now, and sets and parts join as the catalog grows.

Enhancements

  • CMF Scanner reads codes faster and keeps up with a whole shelf of sealed boxes. Several boxes of the same figure stage as one row with the right quantity, and results clear as soon as you move the boxes out of frame.
  • Multi Scan review now shows each item's price, with the sellable checkbox beside the condition.
  • Coming back to a session picks up on your last scan result instead of opening the camera again.
  • The menu's Send Feedback is now Support, and the account header shows your name and plan.
  • Profile photos have one Change photo button to pick a new one or remove yours.
  • Sign-in, account creation, and password reset only show a verification box when a security check is actually needed.
  • Emails from VueBrick now share one look, from the sign-up confirmation to a password reset.
  • The vuebrick.com cookie banner now controls analytics for real: nothing is measured until you accept, and a Cookie settings link in the footer lets you change your choice.
  • The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Referral Terms live at tidier addresses (/privacy, /terms, and /referral-terms). Older links still work.

Bug fixes

  • CMF Scanner boxes hold steady on screen instead of jittering while you keep the camera still.
  • Speed mode waits until something is in frame instead of firing at an empty table.
  • Discarding a restored session returns you to the start screen instead of a blank one.
  • Changing your name in Profile settings no longer zooms the page on iPhone.
  • Scanning keeps working after you rotate an iPad or resize a Split View window, and an attached keyboard no longer hides the session buttons.
  • Fixed a stretched logo on the Install VueBrick prompt.
1.17.0

More room to sort, and Shrek joins the lineup

Highlights

  • Sorting at your desk? VueBrick now makes better use of your screen, with easier navigation and camera controls that fit a desktop.
  • Shrek is here! Scan sealed Shrek CMF boxes to reveal the figure and its BrickLink price. US and North American boxes are supported for now.
  • Not quite the right minifig? Tap View alternates to choose another match, or Swap when reviewing a Multi Scan.
  • Make yourself at home. Sign in with email and password, and add your name and photo in Profile settings.
  • Help is a search away. Visit vuebrick.com/support for guides to scanning, pricing, selling, and more.

Enhancements

  • Quick Scan offers clearer next steps when it can't identify an item, including looking it up by ID or uploading another photo.
  • Multi Scan results are easier to review, and desktop quantity buttons make counts easier to adjust.
  • Need account or billing help? You can now request it through Send Feedback.

Enhancements

  • Multi Scan items are marked sellable automatically. You can still change each one before adding the batch.
  • Camera and session controls have clearer labels in a new bottom bar.
  • Tap a Multi Scan photo to see it full-screen.
  • Session artwork is easier to see in dark mode.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed missing item photos and broken minifig links in Appears In.
  • Deleting the item you're viewing now returns to the scan prompt.
  • New Session takes you home so you can choose what to scan next.
  • The bottom bar no longer covers the last item in a list.
1.15.0

  • Choose your BrickLink pricing country in Scanner Results. Each session keeps the currency it was priced in.
  • What did that haul cost? Enter the amount when ending your session to see profit and margin.
  • Set results now include a price per piece to help you compare buys.
