Export to WhatNot, eBay, BrickLink, BrickStore, BrickStock, Brick Owl, Shopify, Facebook, or WooCommerce
Updated
Open a session, from Activity or from History, and choose Export. Pick your marketplace, check the preview, and download the file. Then upload it on that marketplace the way you normally would.
Selling in more than one place? Tick every format you need, or Select all, and they download together in one zip, one file per marketplace.
Only items marked sellable are included, quantities carry over as counted, and your own listing photos replace catalog images automatically. A session that mixes parts, minifigures, and sets exports each item under its own type.
For WhatNot, the export sheet lists the values the CSV will carry before you download: category, title style, listing type, shipping profile, description, offerable, and hazmat. Condition comes from each item, not a default. Every title ends with the full LEGO item number and the SKU column repeats it, so nothing needs fixing in the spreadsheet afterwards. Change any of these under Menu › Settings › Export defaults › WhatNot.
Shopify and WooCommerce files create one product per item, with its condition, SKU, price, stock, and photo, imported as drafts by default so you can review them first. The Facebook Marketplace file fills Facebook's bulk listing sheet; it has no photo column, so add photos to each listing after upload, and Facebook takes up to 50 listings per upload.
The BrickStore / BrickStock file is a native .bsx inventory you open in BrickStore or BrickStock with File › Open, no account or BrickLink connection needed. Each item becomes its own lot with its BrickLink item number, color, quantity, condition, and price, in the currency the session was priced in. BrickStock ignores that currency and shows every price with a $ sign, so a session priced in another currency shows its amounts as dollars there.
Large sessions export in one file. The preview shows how many items are going in, so you can sanity check the count before you download or upload anything.
Set your export defaults once
Updated
Settings holds editable export defaults for WhatNot, eBay, BrickLink, Brick Owl, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, and WooCommerce. Fill in the values your shop always uses, and every export applies them for you.
Under Menu › Settings › Export defaults › WhatNot you can set Category, a Sub Category for each kind of item (LEGO Minifigures, LEGO Sets, and Other LEGO for parts to start, so a session with all three files each row in the right place), Title style (Short name + ID, the default, or Full catalog name + ID), Description, Listing type (Buy it Now, Auction, or Giveaway), Shipping profile, Offerable, and Hazmat (Not Hazmat, Hazmat - Standard, or Hazmat - Lithium Battery). Shipping profile accepts one of WhatNot's standard weight profiles or the exact name of a custom shipping profile you already created in WhatNot. Every option matches WhatNot's current import template exactly, so the CSV imports without edits. Condition is not a default: each item exports its own VueBrick condition.
The export sheet shows these WhatNot values before you download, with an Edit defaults link right there. Short titles keep a minifigure's character name and drop the variant details, so a listing reads like "Wolfpack Beastmaster (cas1234)". Titles keep the full LEGO item number in either style, and the SKU column always carries the complete ID.
Defaults are saved to your device, so it is worth a minute on the phone you actually sort with.
See fees before you list
Updated
Gross value is optimistic. Choose a fee profile for Whatnot, BrickLink, eBay, or Brick Owl on the session summary and VueBrick shows estimated gross, fees, and Net Total.
Net is the number worth planning around, especially on live shows where fees and shipping eat a real slice of a cheap lot.
