VueBrick Terms of Service

Last Updated and Effective Date: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VueBrick, including its website, application, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by La Lune Creative, LLC ("VueBrick," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or accepting these Terms in the application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

2. The Service

VueBrick is software designed to assist with LEGO-related scanning, identification, catalog research, pricing, inventory, sessions, exports, seller workflows, analytics, and related functions.

Features may rely on third-party services, including Google, Supabase, Vercel, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Sentry, Squarespace, Resend, Brickognize, BrickLink, Brickset, eBay, Anthropic, OpenAI, and other providers. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, impose limits, or discontinue support without notice.

The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your account, devices, authentication methods, and credentials.
  • All activity occurring through your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of information important to you.

You may not share, sell, transfer, lease, or sublicense your account; impersonate another person; create accounts through unauthorized automation; or bypass access, approval, role, subscription, or security controls.

We may require verification, restrict sign-in methods, reject registrations, or revoke access where reasonably necessary.

4. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, developer, internal, or similar. These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unstable, changed without notice, or discontinued. You use them at your own risk.

Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation to improve the Service, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Violate law, regulation, marketplace rules, or third-party rights.
  • Use the Service for fraud, deception, harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse VueBrick staff or support, including through hateful, discriminatory, or threatening messages.
  • Spam or misuse support, feedback, or other Service resources — including repeated, duplicate, or automated submissions — or deliberately attempt to overwhelm support or infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users' use of it.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or content designed to disrupt systems.
  • Gain or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, APIs, systems, or restricted features.
  • Probe, scan, test, or circumvent security or rate limits without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive non-public source code, models, or algorithms, except where law prohibits this restriction.
  • Scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk-download, or use bots or automation in a manner that burdens, copies, competes with, or abuses the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service except through an authorized plan or written agreement.
  • Use Service output to train or develop a competing model, scanner, database, or service without written permission.
  • Remove legal notices, attribution, technical protections, or access controls.
  • Upload content containing sensitive personal information unrelated to the Service's intended purpose.

We may investigate violations and suspend, restrict, or terminate access. Our response is proportionate to the severity and history of the conduct and may include a warning, limits on the feedback or support channel while the rest of the Service stays available, a temporary suspension with a stated end, or permanent termination. Where we limit only the support channel, you keep a reasonable way to raise account and billing matters with us.

We may apply automated and manual measures — including rate limits, request throttling, verification challenges, and temporary or permanent restrictions — to protect the Service and other users from abuse, excessive automated access, or security threats. Account-level restrictions are subject to human review, and you may contact us to appeal.

6. User Content

"User Content" includes images, files, inventory data, notes, feedback, scans, listing data, exports, support communications, and other material you submit.

You retain your ownership rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, adapt as technically necessary, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to fulfill your requests.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have permission to submit User Content.
  • User Content and our authorized use of it do not violate law or third-party rights.
  • User Content does not contain malware or unlawfully obtained information.

You are solely responsible for User Content, including its legality, accuracy, quality, and backups.

7. Public and Unlisted File URLs

Certain listing images or exported files may be accessible through public or unlisted URLs. Anyone with the URL may be able to access or redistribute the content. Do not use those features for confidential, personal, regulated, or sensitive information.

We do not guarantee that a previously shared URL can be recalled from third parties, caches, marketplaces, or recipients.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

The Service may use AI or machine learning for recognition, content processing, support, development, debugging, security, or other features.

AI and machine-learning output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading. You must review and verify output before relying on it. VueBrick does not use AI output as legal, tax, financial, investment, appraisal, medical, employment, housing, credit, or other professional advice.

You may not represent AI-generated output as verified by VueBrick or use it in a manner that violates law or third-party rights.

9. Scan Results, Pricing, Valuations, and Market Information

All identification results, condition assessments, demand indicators, availability data, prices, market values, price ranges, highest-price and lowest-price results, averages, medians, historical prices, sold-price information, inventory values, part-out values, MSRP comparisons, investment or appreciation metrics, profit or margin estimates, seller recommendations, bag values, and similar outputs are estimates or informational data only.

Pricing and market information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, incorrectly categorized, regionally mismatched, currency-converted, manipulated, based on limited samples, or affected by shipping charges, taxes, fees, canceled transactions, fraudulent listings, unsold listings, negotiated sales, item condition, missing parts, counterfeit items, API limitations, recognition errors, or rapidly changing market conditions.

VueBrick does not warrant or guarantee:

  • The identity, authenticity, completeness, condition, rarity, demand, or value of any item.
  • That any displayed price reflects fair market value, replacement value, liquidation value, wholesale value, collectible value, or an achievable sale price.
  • That an item will sell, sell within any period, sell through a particular marketplace, or sell for any displayed, suggested, historical, highest, lowest, average, or calculated amount.
  • That a pricing model, trend, comparison, estimate, signal, recommendation, or calculation will produce a profit or prevent a loss.
  • That third-party marketplace, catalog, transaction, or pricing data is accurate, complete, current, genuine, or representative.

Displayed information is not an appraisal, authentication, offer, bid, guarantee, promise, professional valuation, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, list, price, trade, ship, or otherwise transact.

VueBrick is not a broker, dealer, auction service, marketplace, reseller, appraiser, authenticator, fiduciary, agent, adviser, accountant, escrow service, payment processor, carrier, insurer, or party to any transaction. No advisory, fiduciary, agency, brokerage, appraisal, authentication, consulting, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Service.

You are solely responsible for independently inspecting items, researching comparable transactions, verifying all data and calculations, assessing authenticity and condition, choosing prices, and deciding whether and how to buy, sell, list, trade, ship, insure, report, or otherwise handle an item.

You assume all risk of loss arising from or relating to any purchasing, selling, listing, pricing, valuation, inventory, investment, collecting, shipping, tax, or business decision made using or influenced by the Service.

10. Selling, Marketplace, Export, and Transaction Responsibility

VueBrick only provides software tools. We do not participate in, supervise, control, approve, guarantee, or take responsibility for any sale, purchase, listing, auction, offer, shipment, payment, refund, return, chargeback, tax filing, customer communication, or marketplace dispute.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Listing titles, descriptions, photos, prices, condition, authenticity claims, quantities, weights, dimensions, shipping settings, disclosures, and inventory records.
  • Reviewing every scan, calculation, recommendation, export, file, listing, title, description, image, quantity, and price before relying on, importing, publishing, or sending it.
  • Confirming that exports and integrations have not created duplicate, stale, omitted, mismatched, or incorrect records.
  • Marketplace fees, payment-processing fees, taxes, duties, insurance, returns, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, packaging, shipping, delivery, loss, damage, and legal compliance.
  • Complying with all marketplace terms, API rules, seller policies, consumer-protection laws, intellectual-property rules, disclosure duties, and tax obligations.
  • Resolving all issues with buyers, sellers, marketplaces, carriers, payment processors, tax authorities, and other third parties.

We are not responsible for any rejected or corrupted import; suspended, restricted, or terminated marketplace account; incorrect or misleading listing; underpricing or overpricing; failed, delayed, reversed, fraudulent, or disputed transaction; lost sale; lost inventory; counterfeit item; shipping loss or damage; tax consequence; customer claim; marketplace enforcement action; or any other loss connected to the buying or selling process.

No statement, feature, metric, or output from VueBrick should be treated as approval of a transaction or as a substitute for your own judgment and due diligence.

11. Third-Party Services and Data

Third-party services and data are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control or guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, legality, pricing, or continued compatibility.

Your use of Google, marketplace, analytics, advertising, authentication, hosting, domain, email, AI, catalog, and recognition services may create a direct relationship between you and that provider.

We may modify or remove integrations without liability.

12. Affiliate Relationships and Advertising

The Service may include affiliate links, sponsored placements, advertising, recommendations, or conversion tracking. We may receive compensation from qualifying activity. Unless expressly stated, compensation does not mean we endorse or guarantee a third-party product or service.

You are responsible for evaluating third-party offers and complying with any applicable terms.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, code, interfaces, workflows, designs, branding, documentation, compilations, databases, and original content, is owned by or licensed to La Lune Creative, LLC and protected by law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during the period you are authorized to access it.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact us with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy and authority.

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

15. Fees, Paid Features, and Taxes

If paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases are offered, pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, usage limits, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at purchase.

Paid subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment and subscription provider. Checkout and payment-method management happen on Stripe-hosted pages, and your payment information is provided directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy; VueBrick does not receive or store your full payment-card details. We receive from Stripe the subscription and billing status information needed to administer your account.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • Except as stated in "Cancellation and Refunds" below, fees are non-refundable once a billing period or purchased service begins.
  • You authorize applicable recurring charges until cancellation.
  • You are responsible for taxes, currency conversion, and third-party payment fees.
  • We may change future pricing with advance notice where required.

Failure to pay may result in restricted or terminated access. Additional payment-provider terms may apply.

Subscription Plans, Trials, and Renewal

  • VueBrick Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or annually; current pricing and the billing interval you choose are shown at checkout.
  • New accounts receive a one-time 14-day free trial of Pro features that starts the first time you sign in to the app. No payment method is required for the trial, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
  • When you subscribe, the first billing period is charged immediately, unless you subscribe while promotional or referral free months are active — in that case your payment method is collected at checkout and paid billing begins when the free period ends. The subscription then renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled.
  • Founding Member pricing. VueBrick may offer a limited Founding Member rate to the first 50 qualifying paid subscribers, available only while both that 50-subscriber capacity and the offer window, which opened at public launch and closes on December 28, 2026, remain open; the offer closes as soon as either is reached. The Founding Member rate is $19.99 per month or $199 per year.
  • A Founding Member spot is claimed when a qualifying paid VueBrick Pro subscription is completed. Creating an account, starting the free trial, and receiving referral, promotional, or goodwill free months do not claim a spot or grant Founding Member status on their own.
  • Your Founding Member rate remains available for as long as you continuously maintain the qualifying VueBrick Pro subscription. Switching between the monthly and annual billing intervals preserves your status and moves you between the corresponding Founding Member rates. Scheduling a cancellation does not forfeit your status until the subscription actually ends — if you resume before that date, your rate is preserved — and ordinary failed-payment retry periods do not by themselves forfeit it.
  • If the qualifying subscription actually ends, the Founding Member rate is forfeited and any later subscription is charged at the then-current standard price. Claimed Founding Member spots are not returned to the offer. We may correct billing, provider, fraud, or abuse issues at our discretion, but doing so creates no general right to reinstate a forfeited Founding Member rate.
  • The Founding Member rate applies only to the qualifying VueBrick Pro subscription. It does not extend to future or unrelated products, add-ons, usage credits, higher tiers, enterprise offerings, or third-party charges, and applicable taxes remain additional as described above.
  • When a trial or subscription ends, your account moves to the free plan. Your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy, though features and content beyond the free plan's limits may be locked until you subscribe again.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in the app under Manage Subscription (or by contacting us at the address in Section 29).
  • Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep paid access until that date, no further renewal charges are made, and the unused remainder of the period is not refunded or prorated. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike; cancelling an annual plan without requesting a refund keeps your access through the rest of the paid year.
  • Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once the monthly billing period has begun.
  • Annual plan refund. Annual plan fees are refundable in full if you request a refund within 14 days of the annual charge for that subscription year; after those 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund: you must ask us for one (at the address in Section 29) within that window.
  • A refunded annual subscription ends immediately. When we issue the full annual refund, we cancel the associated subscription at the same time and your paid access ends when the refund is processed, not at the end of the year. You cannot keep both the refund and the remainder of the refunded annual period; your account moves to the free plan as described above.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in other circumstances (for example, to correct a billing error). Doing so in one instance does not obligate us to do so in another. A partial or discretionary refund does not cancel your subscription or change your access unless we expressly say so when issuing it.
  • Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights granted to you by applicable law.

Referral Rewards, Promotions, and Subscription Credits

We may offer referral rewards, promotional free months, trials, or other subscription-time credits. These benefits are free subscription time only and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise: they cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or paid out as a commission. The referral program is governed by the separate VueBrick Referral Program Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms for participants. We may void or remove rewards connected to fraud or abuse and may correct billing, reward, or credit errors, as described in the Referral Program Terms.

16. Service Changes, Availability, and Data Loss

We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or the Service. We do not guarantee continuous, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of data.

Maintenance, outages, provider failures, security incidents, legal requirements, or business decisions may affect availability.

You should maintain independent backups of important records and exports.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe:

  • You violated these Terms or law.
  • Your activity creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
  • Payment is overdue.
  • Your account is inactive or unauthorized.
  • A third-party provider or legal authority requires action.
  • Continuing the Service is no longer commercially reasonable.

Billing when access is restricted, suspended, or terminated. A limit on the feedback or support channel does not affect your subscription, which continues normally. A temporary suspension does not by itself change your subscription; depending on the circumstances we may cancel it at the end of the current billing period or immediately. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, we cancel any active subscription immediately so that it does not renew; fees for a billing period that has already begun are not refunded except as described in "Cancellation and Refunds" or where required by law. We may retain account, billing, support, and moderation records after suspension or termination as described in the Privacy Policy. If you believe a restriction, suspension, or termination was applied in error, contact us at the address in Section 29 and we will review it.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account where that feature is available. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute terms, and payment obligations—will survive.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT, DATA, CONTENT, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LA LUNE CREATIVE, LLC, VUEBRICK, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, MARKETPLACE ACTIONS, IDENTIFICATION OR PRICING ERRORS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VUEBRICK DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US $100.

These limits apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless La Lune Creative, LLC, VueBrick, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms, law, marketplace rules, or third-party rights.
  • Your listings, sales, purchases, taxes, shipping, or customer disputes.

We may assume exclusive control of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

22. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before starting arbitration or filing a permitted court claim, the complaining party must send the other party written notice describing the claimant, the facts and legal basis of the dispute, and the requested relief.

Notices to VueBrick must be emailed to hello@lalunecreative.com with the subject line “Notice of Dispute.” The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt. Any applicable limitations period is tolled during that 30-day period.

This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief necessary to protect accounts, systems, intellectual property, confidential information, or safety.

23. Binding Individual Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A DISPUTE HEARD IN COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY.

Except for the exclusions below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, communications between you and VueBrick, or the relationship between you and La Lune Creative, LLC—including claims based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory—will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules or Commercial Arbitration Rules, as appropriate, as modified by these Terms. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes concerning the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except that a court of competent jurisdiction has exclusive authority to decide disputes concerning the Class Action Waiver below.

Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration may be conducted by video, telephone, written submissions, or in person in Rutherford County, Tennessee, subject to applicable consumer-law requirements. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that a court could award, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claimant’s dispute. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party will pay arbitration filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees as required by the applicable AAA rules. We will not seek attorneys’ fees or arbitration costs from an individual consumer unless the arbitrator determines that the claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose.

This arbitration requirement does not apply to:

  • An individual claim properly brought in small-claims court.
  • A claim seeking only temporary or preliminary injunctive relief to prevent actual or threatened unauthorized access, abuse, misuse of intellectual property, or security harm while arbitration is pending.
  • A claim that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated.

Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@lalunecreative.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your VueBrick account, and a clear statement that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement. Opting out of arbitration does not opt you out of any other provision of these Terms.

24. Class, Collective, Mass, and Representative Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LA LUNE CREATIVE, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, CLASS MEMBER, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party’s individual claim.

If a final judicial determination holds that applicable law prevents enforcement of this waiver as to a particular claim or request for public injunctive relief, only that claim or request will be severed and may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction after all arbitrable claims have been completed. All other claims remain subject to individual arbitration.

25. Jury Trial Waiver

For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, YOU AND LA LUNE CREATIVE, LLC KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

26. Court Venue for Non-Arbitrable Disputes

Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims jurisdiction must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where required.

Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance, except where law requires affirmative consent.

28. General Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective. If any portion of Sections 23 through 26 is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset sale, or by operation of law.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, provider outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, or similar events.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a feature or purchase, are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.

Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
