VueBrick Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern the VueBrick referral program and any promotional free-month or subscription-time credit offers (together, the "Program"). The Program is operated by La Lune Creative, LLC ("VueBrick," "we," "our," or "us").

By participating in the Program — including sharing a referral code or link, accepting a referral, or redeeming a promotional code — you agree to these Program Terms in addition to the VueBrick Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service regarding the Program, these Program Terms control.

1. How Referrals Work

Eligible VueBrick account holders receive a personal referral code and link they may share with friends. When another person creates a VueBrick account using your referral code or link, that account may be attributed to you as a referred account.

2. Earning a Referral Reward

The referral reward is one free month of VueBrick subscription time per qualifying referral.
A referral qualifies only when the referred user successfully becomes a paid VueBrick subscriber and completes their first qualifying paid subscription charge. Creating an account, starting a trial, or receiving free promotional time alone does not qualify.
One referred account may qualify only once. Additional charges, renewals, resubscriptions, or plan changes by the same referred account do not generate additional rewards.
You may not refer yourself. Self-referrals — including through additional, duplicate, or fake accounts you create or control — do not qualify and may be voided.
Referral attribution is determined by our systems and records. We are not responsible for referrals that cannot be attributed because a code or link was not used, was entered incorrectly, or was applied to an account that was not eligible.

3. Reward Value and Use

Rewards are free subscription time only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or paid out as a commission, rebate, or refund.
Earned months are applied to your VueBrick subscription — extending your current subscription, or starting a free subscription period if you do not have one. Rewards cannot be applied to anything other than VueBrick subscription time.
Rewards are personal to your account. Unused rewards are forfeited without compensation when your account is closed or deleted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Discontinuation of the Program does not by itself forfeit months you have already earned — see Section 7.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Corrections

A referred user's ordinary later cancellation or refund does not automatically claw back a referral month you already earned.
We may, however, correct erroneous rewards or credits — including rewards granted by mistake, granted in the wrong amount, or granted based on a payment that was never actually completed.

5. Fraud and Abuse

We may void, remove, or reverse rewards, and may suspend or terminate Program participation or accounts, where we reasonably believe a reward is connected to fraud, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, stolen payment methods, chargeback manipulation, spamming or misleading promotion of referral links, circumvention of Program rules, or other abuse of the Program or the Service.

6. Promotional Codes and Free-Month Offers

We may offer promotional codes, free months, trials, or other subscription-time credits from time to time. Promotional offers may carry their own usage limits, expiration dates, and eligibility requirements, disclosed with the offer. Promotional credits are subject to these Program Terms — including the no-cash-value, anti-abuse, and correction provisions — unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

7. Program Changes and Discontinuation

Program availability, eligibility requirements, reward amounts, qualification rules, and these Program Terms may change, and the Program may be suspended or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law. Neither a change nor discontinuation retroactively removes months you already earned in accordance with the Program Terms in effect when you earned them: earned months remain usable as subscription time. The exceptions are corrections and voiding under Sections 4 and 5, and closure or deletion of your account under Section 3. If the Program is discontinued, no new rewards can be earned after the discontinuation date.

8. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or affiliate-representative relationship between you and VueBrick. You are not authorized to act, or to represent yourself as acting, on VueBrick's behalf. The Program is a customer referral program, not a commission-based affiliate or sales program, and no compensation, commission, or payout is owed for sharing VueBrick with others.

9. General

You must comply with applicable law when sharing your referral code or link, including anti-spam and disclosure requirements.
These Program Terms are part of, and interpreted together with, the VueBrick Terms of Service, including its disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution provisions.
If any provision of these Program Terms is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective.
