Switch between light and dark
Updated
Settings offers Light, Dark, and System. System follows your phone, which is the easy answer if you sort in the evening and your phone already switches at sunset.
Export your account data
Updated
Download my data gives you a full account export covering your sessions and scan history, including very large histories. It is useful for your own bookkeeping, and worth doing before any big cleanup.
Send feedback and see replies
Updated
Send Feedback in the menu covers bug reports, feature requests, and account, billing, or other support, so your message reaches the right place instead of a general inbox.
Replies appear under Your Feedback, and you can answer right there to keep the thread going. Bug reports about a scan carry the image and the scanner’s best guesses, which usually turns a vague report into a real fix.
Manage your subscription
Updated
Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, no card required. The menu shows how many days are left right under your name. When those days are up, your account drops to Free: Quick Scan and the CMF Scanner keep working, and everything you made stays safe and unlocks the moment you subscribe.
Manage Subscription, under your name in the menu, is where billing lives. Switch between monthly and annual, cancel or resume, update your card, and see your invoices without leaving the app. Checkout runs through Stripe and prices are in USD.
Founding Members keep their rate when they switch intervals. Cancellation and refund rules are covered in Cancellations and refunds.
Invite friends and earn free months
Updated
Referrals in the menu gives you a link and a short code. Share either one. When a friend subscribes to Pro, you earn a free month, and you get an email saying where it went, like your new next payment date.
The code is handy where links are not allowed, like Whatnot messages: a friend types it under Referrals in their own app within 7 days of joining. Promo codes are redeemed on the same screen.
A dot on Referrals in the menu means there is new activity, like a friend joining, until you look at it under Activity. Free Pro months show their real end date, and subscribing while you have free months works as normal.
Cancellations and refunds
Updated
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro until that date, nothing renews after it, and the unused remainder is not prorated.
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 14 days of the annual charge. The 14-day window is based on the date you contact us to request the refund, not the date we process it. Once the refund is successfully processed, your Pro access ends. Requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible.
Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following charge.
To request a refund, use Support in the app menu so the request is timestamped. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Delete your account
Updated
You can delete your VueBrick account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. VueBrick is made by La Lune Creative, LLC. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so if you want a copy of your work, export your account data first.
In the app: open the menu and tap your name to open My Account. Choose Data & Privacy, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Permanently delete account. Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out when it finishes.
If you can’t sign in: email hello@vuebrick.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. Then we delete it the same way the app does and reply once it is done.
What is deleted: your sign-in and profile, including your profile photo; your sessions, scan history, activity, tasks, and saved settings; your listing photos; feedback you sent, with its screenshots; your referral code, referrals, and free months; and any connected BrickLink or Whatnot account, along with the keys or token you saved for it. If you subscribe, your billing profile at Stripe is deleted as well, which cancels the subscription immediately. If you signed up for VueBrick emails, you are unsubscribed.
What is kept, and for how long: security and abuse-prevention records, such as request logs, lose their link to your account and are deleted within 30 days. Billing and security records that stand on their own, such as a Founding Member number or a refund we issued, stay without that link. Stripe keeps the payment records the law requires under its own policies, and if we ever acted on your account for abuse, the record of that action, with your email address, is kept to prevent fraud. If you signed up for VueBrick emails, our email provider keeps your address on a do-not-email list so you are never mailed again. Copies in our database backups are gone within 7 days, as the backups roll over.
The Privacy Policy covers retention in full.
