Work the Activity feed

Updated
Where to find itIn a session › Activity

Activity is the running list of everything in the current session. Search by name or id, filter by condition, and scroll as long as you like. Long feeds stay smooth even after a few hundred scans.

Identical scans group into one row with a quantity badge, which keeps a bulk run readable. Open the item sheet to edit a single copy, use Select all (or press and hold any row) to select everything your search and filter show for bulk changes, and swipe a row to remove it.

Deleting the item you are currently viewing takes you back to the scan prompt, not to some other item’s result, so you do not lose your place.

Add items by number, or a whole list

Updated
Where to find itIn a session › Add items by ID

When you already know an item’s BrickLink number, you do not need a photo. Tap Add items by ID in the session toolbar and enter one number to open its result, just like a scan, or paste a list to look up and price every item in one go. You can also upload a .csv, .txt, or BrickLink XML file.

One number can mean a part and a set, so pick Parts, Minifigures, or Sets above the box for the numbers on their own. To mix types in one list, start each line with its type, P, M, or S, as in "S, 75192". A BrickLink XML file already names each item’s type.

Set numbers without a variant are read as the first one, so 75192 means 75192-1, and parts are priced in the session’s working color. When the list is done, VueBrick says how many items were added and lists any that were already in the session or not found.

Change a quantity or mark something sellable

Updated
Where to find itActivity › tap an item › quantity and Sellable

Open an item from Activity to set its quantity. A quantity of two reads as two everywhere: on the result, in the feed with a ×2 badge, and in your exports.

The Sellable checkbox decides whether an item belongs in your listings. Multi Scan marks items sellable for you, and you can flip individual rows afterward.

Scanning the same part again in a different color creates its own row and prices for that color, which is exactly what you want when a bin holds five colors of the same brick.

Scan the same item twice

Updated
Where to find itScan result › Add another

Scanning an item that is already in your session brings up Duplicate Scan instead of making a new row. Tap Add another and the copy joins the existing row as one more in its quantity, and every copy is brought to the latest price.

It works the same for a set or minifig you scanned on a different day, so a long session stays readable and exports stay accurate. If the earlier scan was a mistake, choose Rescan instead to remove it and scan again.

Use your own listing photos

Updated
Where to find itActivity › tap an item › add photo. Retention lives in Menu › Settings › Photos

Catalog images are clean, but buyers of used bulk want to see the real thing. Add a photo from the item sheet to show actual wear or an actual bundle. Tap a photo to view it full screen, or delete it if you want another try.

Your photo automatically replaces the catalog image when you export, so there is no separate catalog-versus-photo choice to remember.

Photos clear on a schedule, seven days on Free and ninety days with Pro, counted from upload. VueBrick is a sorting tool rather than a photo host. Deleting a session or your account removes its photos right away.
